Crispy Catfish Fillets, This recipe can also be used for other kinds of fish. It’s lowfat, and I got it from Cooking Light Magazine several years ago., This crispy fish filets are so good!!! used tilapia with great results. The fish was cooked perfectly and crisped up nicely. I have never used ranch dressing in this type of recipe before, and I have to say that it made a really yummy difference. LOVED it!!! Thank you!!, Very nice “un-fried” fish recipe. I almost believed it was fried, but it was a bit dry because of the lack of oil. Not bad for my health, but not quite like wonderful fried fish! Thanks for sharing!
