Spinach Banana Smoothie,I recently lost 40 pounds at Weight Watchers! While there, two women were bragging about a smoothie that they had made, tried, and love. Even the meeting leader was hesitant- because the recipe sound horrible! But I tried it, and fell in love. I hope you have the courage to try this out- please let me know what you think!,Vegan Option Use flaxmilk and 1 scoop Vega Protein & Greens powder. Can also add some frozen fruit (pineapple, mixed berries, mango, etc). I have even used banana & an avocado!,Instead of Vanilla Yogurt use Plain Greek yogurt and Coconut Milk. I freeze my bananas and just a tad bit of agave nectar, for sweetness.
