    Easy Banana Bread,This recipe appealed to me because it only uses one mixing bowl! The ingredients can be added in any order and there’s no need to get out the electric mixer. It’s just so easy!! And yummy!,How can I make only 5 servings?? Its just myself! Thanks,So easy and absolutely delicious. My daughter helped and she loved it too, as did my husband. We did make a few changes. We did 1 c white sugar and 1 c brown sugar, used coc oil instead of veg oil, used milk and not water. I think we could have added a little more spice ( cinnamon, nutmeg or something like that) to give a little more flavoring. We also added choc chips. This WILL be my new go to banana bread recipe!

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

    Combine Ingredients in Large Mixing Bowl.

    Pour Batter Into 2 Prepared Bread Pans or 1 Prepared Bundt Pan.

    Bake For 1 Hour or Until Firm and Golden Brown.

    Cool on Wire Rack For at Least 15 Minutes Before Turning Bread Out Onto Tray.
