Adjust Servings:
1 lb ground pork, cooked and drained of grease
1 beaten egg
3 - 5 stalks green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 bunch of lark bean thread noodles (soak in hot water for 10 minutes then cut with scissors until the noodles are small pieces)
1/2 cup fresh bean sprout
soy sauce
fish sauce (optional)
1 package egg roll wrap
oil (for frying)
salt and pepper

Egg/Spring Rolls

    This was super yummy... I messed up a little bit becasue i made the egg rolls kinda early and then tried to fry it later in the evening and it started to fall apart so i would say dont roll them till your ready to fry. i also added carrots and some cabbage as well and used gound beef instead of pork. turned out great. I even added some red chilli powder to make it some what spicy. great recipe thank you jb4

    In a Skillet Cook the Pork Until No Pink Remains.

    Drain of Grease and Set Aside in a Bowl.

    Add the Beaten Egg to the Pork, Along With Chopped Green Onions, Bean Sprouts, Minced Garlic, Salt and Pepper.
