Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
3 skinless chicken breasts (frozen...easier to cut when half thawed)
3 tablespoons virgin olive oil or 3 tablespoons grapeseed oil
3 cups of mixed dry pasta (shells, bows, flat, etc)
1 (284 ml) can campbell's cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cups warm water
7 carrots
3/4 cup miracle whip (your personal preference) or 3/4 cup kraft mayonnaise (your personal preference)
4 slices kraft processed cheese slices
2 teaspoons mccormick's salt-free all-purpose seasoning
lemon pepper

    This recipe came from my own creation when I wanted a nice cassarole and did not want to wait for it to cook in the oven. I like it because it is very easy to prepare and the ingredients are most often found in the majority of homes.
    It is a "one" dish preparation.
    I have not a copyright on this recipe due to the fact that I want everyone to enjoy it.
    It has been tried by my sister in Pittsburgh, Pa. and by my friend for his family in Orwisgburg, Pa.and by other friends here in Calgary, Alberta
    It can be divided into small portions to be put into the freezer for a quick meal should one be in a hurry to get a meal ready for lunch or supper.

    Cut All of the Chicken Breast Into Cubes (perferably Half Thawed).

    Sear the Chicken Breast in Olive Oil Until Cooked Through in a Frying Pan.

    During the Cooking of the Chicken Breast, Put Dried Selected Pasta in the Bottom of 9x9 by 4 Inches Deep Corning Ware Dish.

    Put Cooked Chicken Breast on Top of Pasta.

    Mix Chicken Soup With Measured Amount of Water and Stir in Separate Container to Relieve Mixture of Lumps. Pour the Mixture Over the Pasta and Cooked Chicken Breast.

    Scrap the Carrots With a Knife and Grate in a Separate Dish. Now Put the Carrots on Top of Cooked Chicken Breast.

    Spread Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing Over Top of Carrots.

    Place Corning Ware With All Ingredients With Lid Covering It Into Microwave Oven.

    Set on "pasta" Setting For 20 Minutes. (the Time May Vary Due to the Differences in Wattages of Some Microwaves.).

    After Cooking Time Is Finished, Take Out of Oven and Place Cheese Slices Over Baked Gord's Golden Cassarole.

    Serve With Dinner Crackers and Green Tea.
