Halloween Spider Web Layered Dip with Creepy Tortilla Chips

Features:
    Cuisine:

Made this for a Spooky Food themed potluck. I did add a small can of no bean chili and some shredded cheese to the salsa and cream cheese. It gave it a darker color and great flavor. I also chilled the bottom layer before putting on the guacamole and it worked well. Overall a big hit and a fun recipe!
