    in a Large, Shallow Frying Pan, Add Enough Oil to Make a 1/2" Layer. Heat to Medium.

    Drop Spoonfuls of Batter Into Oil. Fry Until Golden Brown (about 4 Mins) Then Flip Until Golden on Other Side (3 Mins).

    Drain Latkes on Paper Towels and Serve Warm With Sour Cream or Applesauce.
