Leftover Pork Chop Stir Fry

Features:
    Cuisine:

Was a very good option for using up leftover pork, and Im not even a big fan of reheated pork chops. used veggies on hand: shredded carrot, red bell pepper, broccoli, and bean sprouts. The recipe did not explain what the 2nd T of sesame oil was for. I doubled the veggies so used it to stir fry the veggies.
