Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing,Great salad dressing from the Fresh Start Cookbook. This dressing is a favorite around our house. Easy to make with ingredients you probably already have on hand.,I just made this vinaigrette and couldn’t believe how excellent it is!! I made exactly as recipe is written except for honey instead of sugar. I had everything in…so easy. I will never buy balsamic again and it’s low calorie too!! A real winner!!,Grateful for this recipe! It is genius and has a great taste with barely any caloric hit. I made two changes. 1) I left the sugar out and relied on the sweetness of the balsamic vinegar. And 2) used garlic granules instead of chopped garlic to infuse the flavor faster. I made it in a small clean pickle jar I had saved so I could just shake it and serve. Love it!
