    I had my doubts on how well mangoes with pare with tomatoes, but, OH MY, this salad is something special! It wasn't easy finding mango juice (and I don't have a juicer), so I bought a juice brand that included other fruits, mango being the predominant one. I will be making this again for sure and Im so happy that mangoes these days are easy to come by here in the Northeast U.S.. So happy I made this. Can you see me doing the happy dance!     Whisk the Mango Juice, Oil, Lemon Juice, Coriander, Clove Powder, Salt, and Pepper Together in the Bottom of a Salad Bowl.

    Add the Mint, Onion, Tomatoes, Mango, and Cilantro and Toss Well.

    Taste the Dressing and Season Again With Salt, and Pepper, If Necessary. Let the Dressing Sit For 5 Minutes Before Serving.
