    I'll Admit it, it took me two tries to get this right! And I think where I went wrong was my choice of ingredients used. The first time I tried this, used ingredients that I bought from a shop near my locality. Needless to say I wasn't happy, but the second time I tried this - I ordered from www.baliorganic.id, an organic vegetable delivery service in Bali that my friend recommended! And it made a world of a difference! Making high great food comes after getting hands on the right vegetables and produce! You guys must must check them out! I turned my recipe around.

    I Find the Easiest Way to Cut Up Mango For This Is to Cut Off as Much as You Can, Slicing Along the Side of the Pit.

    You Can Tell What Way the Pit Grows by Its Shape.

    Score the Mango Halves Lengthways, Then Crossways, Into 3/4 Inch Cubes, Going Through to the Skin, but not Through It.
