Mojo Picon (Garlic Sauce),This dish comes from the Canary Islands. It is a staple there, and goes with just about everything! Try it with “papas arrugadas” (small boiled potatoes with salt and lemon) for a Canary Island specialty! Delicious! It keeps well in the refrigerator, and is even better after a day or two. Serve at room temperature.,Awesome! The colour doesn’t come out same every time, but it’s still worth it. Local crowd is just not used to such strong taste ;-),went great on our cuban sandwiches! thanks for sharing this recipe!! used the smaller amounts for all ingredients. used 5 garlic cloves but they were huge. will use a little less next time. didn’t have any small chili peppers so used ancho. garlic flavored evo. otherwise pretty much the same. even used on my usual blah lunch sandwiches for work. thanks again!!
