Very easy! Be sure to chill well for a firm cheesecake , From the phot, it looks as though this was made in a deep dish pie pan (maybe a spring form pan) but the instructions make it sound like a regular size graham cracker pie crust was used Which is it?, I have a similar recipe that I make I put a can of sweetened condensed milk with the other ingredients except sugar mix well then add 1/3 cup of lemon juice and mix put in pie crust then add your topping sometimes use blueberry then refrigerate Very delicious
