1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
3/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon dried whole mexican oregano, rubbed to a powder
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

The salsaif want to use salsa again.. reheat to a simmer then lit cool and salsa will be safe again to use to put on tacos and will have that fishy flavor. Put shrimps on a grill plate with little holes. Spray plate with coating for grills to stand the high temp of the grill. Keep Turning the shrimps but don't over cook. Have Some decent size tortillas for soft tacos too! And plenty cervesA

The avocado sauce was nowhere near enough though. Guacamole works great for those tacos. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
