20 Minute Honey Granola – Easy,This is a super easy granola recipe. It isn’t overly sweet and is a real crowd-pleaser. It also makes your house smell fabulous for hours after you bake it. I normally add about 2 Tbsp. wheat germ and a tsp. brewers yeast to my dry ingredients – for nutritional value.,Did anyone else have the coconut oil and honey separate? Did you use a mixer?,I just made this granola and it is fabulous!! I tweaked it a little, I didn’t have flaxseed so used sunflower seeds and chopped pecans and almonds. I also added large coconut flakes and Mexican vanilla. Use coconut oil instead of regular oil. I made a yogurt bowl with a banana and a few strawberries and a generous topping of this granola…to die for!!!
