Avocado Ranch Burgers With Smoked Cheddar

Features:
    Cuisine:

used ingredients I had on hand. Arugula instead of lettuce, plain medium cheddar cheese instead of smoked, frozen halves of avocado's with a bit of lime, and ciabatta buns toasted in the toaster on the bagel setting. Oh, and since my grill is torn apart, I did the meat on a griddle on my stove top. Turned out great!

Avocado Ranch Burgers With Smoked Cheddar, These are each served open-faced on a single piece of toasted bread, but you can certainly double up there. Im seriously considering doing these in the Camerons Smoker I just got :o, used ingredients I had on hand. Arugula instead of lettuce, plain medium cheddar cheese instead of smoked, frozen halves of avocado’s with a bit of lime, and ciabatta buns toasted in the toaster on the bagel setting. Oh, and since my grill is torn apart, I did the meat on a griddle on my stove top. Turned out great!, Will the ranch mix keep the avocado from browning if you make it a day before you use it or would I need to add a little lime?
