Bacon-Cracker Snacks, This recipe is being posted for a request I have not made it myself, but it was given to me by a friend who has made it and says it is very good It has always been a favorite at her parties , I had this at a progressive dinner It was wonderful!!, I love bacon, and I love Club crackers, and I was certain that I would love these, but I just didn’t They were overly heavy with the bacon grease seeping into the cracker I did add some Parmesan cheese on the crackers before wrapping (since I saw a similar recipe with that addition), and I liked the flavor it added I also put these on a rack on top of the cookie sheet with the thought that the grease would drain off, but again, there was almost no drainage since the grease stayed in the cracker I know that lots of folks do like this recipe, even if it wasn’t quite my favorite, so I am glad you shared it
