Banana Nut Oatmeal

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was a seriously yummy recipe! Gave me a chance to enjoy walnuts (which I don't normally eat but want to now!). And I simply love bananas. This made for such a filling meal. I micro'd 1/2 cup rolled oats w/ 2/3 cup skim milk (my normal amts). I added a Splenda pkt & a little cinn after cooking, but next time will try the brown sugar. The Splenda seemed to make it a tad too sweet for me, but the cinn was wonderful. I added about 1 tsp of mini choc chips along w/ the walnuts for topping, which made a great combo. Thank u so much for sharing!
