Beef Stew for Two ( Slow Cooker ),I wanted to make stew, but I didn’t want to make a lot so this recipe came out of the darkest corners of my brain. And by the way, this recipe is just enough for two hearty bowlfuls. If you want to double this, go right ahead. Please feel free to adjust the seasonings to your own taste. Submitted to “ZAAR” on December 30th, 2008.,Hi! Can anyone help me convert this to pressure cooker? I have no idea what steps to take. Thanks.,Perfect. Cooked in crock pot 5.5 hours on low, whole petite potatoes, baby carrots, 2 sliced stalks of celery, no bay leaf. The liquid worried me, but it thickened. Best part was there was so little work to do. Happy i found this recipe.
