Blueberry Coffee Cake

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was extremely good. The only change I made was that I substituted in unsweetened vanilla oat milk since that's all I had on hand. In an 8 x 8.5 square glass dish it took much longer to bake, though - around 55 min to an hour total. It's a little difficult to tell when it's done because the brown sugar mixture on top was always moist, so I couldn't really rely on the ol' toothpick method to tell when the cake itself was done. Still, it came out perfectly and I'll definitely be making this again soon.

Blueberry Coffee Cake,I’m always on the lookout for blueberry recipes to use up some of my wild Maine blueberries. This one was found on the net, unfortunately I don’t remember the site.,This was extremely good. Mine is like crunchy crispy … Also Id recommend to bake until tooth pick comes out clean
