Bob Evans Chicken & Noodles (Copycat), This is a WONDERFUL recipe that I have looked for over 7 years now! I finally got the recipe from Chef Betsy502, who has someone in her family that worked at Bob Evans, and then Impera Magna re-calculated all of the ingredients to make it a home-cooked meal for my family! YAY for the Chefs here on Zaar! This is so good! Such comfort food, I simply can’t explain! ENJOY! (And thank you SO MUCH, Betsy502 and Impera Magna for helping me achieve my DREAM RECIPE!) :), used 32 oz chicken stock, and a whole chicken in crock pot, shredded the chicken from the bones and added to stock and veggies after cooking all day, i also added large tablespoon of smoked paprika to give it some pop! Waiting on the result!, Sorry, but this is not what I call chicken and noodles All the carrot, celery, onions just didn’t seem to add any flavor (and used chicken broth instead of water)
I think just following the instructions on the Rheames noodle package makes a better dish I think this is far too watery and has very little flavor Maybe Bob Evans doesn’t give out the correct ingredients, but I am sticking to my own home recipe from now on
