    Buttermilk Pancakes,These are great pancakes: Light and fluffy, with a subtle tang from the buttermilk.,Excellent pancakes! Thanks for posting.,Made these for my bro and myself during my visit to Dallas, Texas. Didn’t have any baking powder and didn’t want to go out just to buy it. This is great! Very simple to make. used whole 1/4 cupfuls instead of half 1/4 cupfuls. Got six nice sized pancakes. We are happy with it. : )

    Whisk Together Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Egg and 1 Cup Buttermilk.
