    Grease a 1 1/2 - 2 Quart Casserole; Set Aside.

    Drain Off All Water from Thawed Veggies.

    Place Drained, Thawed Veggies in a Large Bowl. Add All Remaining Ingredients.

    Mix Everything Well.

    Pour Mixture Into the Casserole Dish.
