    Chicken over Pasta, This is a knock-off recipe from my Shrimp and Chicken over Pasta, that I often make when I don’t have the shrimp on hand!! This is a quick, easy dish that I always have the ingredients for in my refrigerator and pantry , yum! sauce was thinner than I expected you could tighten it up if desired I did not use white wine and just added extra stock , Excellent dish! I didn’t have the wine, so followed advice of other reviewers and replaced it with chicken broth My husband has dreaded spaghetti night since I’ve known him – he never likes my spaghetti He declared this to be the best sauce he’s ever eaten Way to go and thanks for sharing! I did double the sauce as suggested by others – forgot to double the onion and garlic, though, so will do that next time
