    Chili Con Carne With Beans,This is my father-in-laws recipe for chili. I love to make it on a cold winter night. Sometimes I serve it with Corn Chips in the bottom of the bowl, topped with the chili and then top the chili with grated cheddar cheese,I agree that this is a great starter recipe. The first time I made it, I followed the directions and was pleased. Since then, I still use this as a base but add more beans and more seasoning. I also like a jalapeo or two for added spice.,Excellent receipe! Hearty chili that’s got great flavor. Add pepper and jalapenos if you like and if you don’t use the beer, add a cup of water. Quick and easy also!
