Crock Pot Breakfast

I read the reviews about this drying out. mine did not. I did use only 7 eggs instead of the 12 and a little more than half of the potatoes. used full can of condensed milk instead of the 1 cup of milk. this came out great for me. I made sure to turn on the crockpot so that it would only cook for exactly 8 hours. it was a bit watery (think from the frozen potatoes) but I drained out the water easily enough. I thought this would be a cook dish for a breakfast before church. It was fast and easy and pretty tasty.
