    Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken, This is a simple and fantastic recipe I got from sherr1 on the IBS message boards at If you’re looking for something with a zing, this isn’t it. It has a subtle but deliciously fruity flavor. The sauce is wonderful over white rice!, I nixed the brown sugar and used agave nectar, this was good., It is a bit bland. Second time, I substituted 1/4 C Mikes Hot Honey for the brown sugar and instead of putting the chicken straight in the crock pot I browned it in some oil first to give it more flavor. Was delicious!
