Vegan Doughnuts,These are great doughnuts dipped in a sugar glaze or rolled in cinnamon and sugar.,The egg substitute that is listed there is not at all vegan, it uses egg whites and skim milk. Please don’t misrepresent veganism as it is very important for animals.,I made these today, and tasted them both plain and with cinnamon sugar. They taste great either way. Very light and fluffy. If you love vegan doughnuts, definitely give this recipe a shot.
