    In a Saucepan Over Medium Heat, Add Water and Bring to a Boil. Add Black Tea, Ginger and Chai Mix. Stir and Boil For 3 Minutes. Add Milk and If Desired, Sweetness to It. Reduce Heat to Medium, Stir and Simmer For 2 Minutes.

    Remove from Heat and Steep For 2 Minutes. Strain Mixture to a Sieve Over a Cup Pressing With the Back of the Spoon What Left in the Sieve. Makes 1 Cup.
