Easy Smoked Oyster Snack

Features:
    Cuisine:

Love these, I do use the whipped cream cheese and stir in a little tobasco and just a tiny bit of lemon juice first before dolloping on the triscuit. The little bit of heat and the citrus cuts through and enhances the flavors of the rich cream cheese and the smoky oyster, delicious.

Easy Smoked Oyster Snack, I keep these ingredients on hand for when I need to come up with a quick and easy snack or hors d’oeuvre Frankly, I’m guessing about how many I get from one block of cream cheese and 1 can of smoked oysters I just keep going until one of the ingredients is used up or until I have all I need for the occasion , Love these, I do use the whipped cream cheese and stir in a little tobasco and just a tiny bit of lemon juice first before dolloping on the triscuit The little bit of heat and the citrus cuts through and enhances the flavors of the rich cream cheese and the smoky oyster, delicious , I grew up having a similar version using Ritz crackers and onion dip (sour cream w/dry Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix) and topped with smoked oysters I can’t imagine Thanksgiving or Christmas without this wonderful appetizer!
