    I am so thrilled to have found this recipe my Aunt used to make all the time. it's so easy and so cheap to make. the only thing/s we've done with this same recipe was definitely add mushrooms, frozen peas and sometimes almond slivers. this is such a great go to rice!!!

    Fried Rice Casserole, yum, I am so thrilled to have found this recipe my Aunt used to make all the time. it’s so easy and so cheap to make. the only thing/s we’ve done with this same recipe was definitely add mushrooms, frozen peas and sometimes almond slivers. this is such a great go to rice!!!, Very good rice. I added mushrooms to the rice, used beef broth instead of water. Will make again. Made for One-Pot Meal.
