    In response to the comments about the feta flavor being too strong or not strong enough: I sought the advice of the owner of the local Middle Eastern store, and he began asking me questions. Do I want it strong or mild, crumbly or smooth, hard or soft....? That will probably explain the conflicting comments in the reviews. I noticed that my dip was on the salty side so I will rinse the cheese well before beginning from now on. Otherwise it was very nicely spiced, but I can envision adding mint as well.
