    In a Food Processor, Combine the Garlic, Ginger, Salt and Optional Pinch Turmeric. Pulse to Blend, Adding Small Amounts of Olive Oil to Facilitate the Blending, Until It Makes a Smooth Paste. Refrigerate or Freeze.
