Green Onion And Potato Dish

Features:
    Cuisine:

When I was a kid this was one of the reasons I would wait for winter season. Unlike today, back then vegetables in the market were available only as per the season. Fresh green onion was available during winters and my mom will make this subzi quite often. It requires just two ingredients green onion and potato. Quick to make and retains great flavor. I love to eat this with hot paratha. This delicious recipe is ready in minutes and is a great lunchbox idea.
