    In Med. Saucepan Over Low Heat, Add Olive Oil and Minced Garlic; Saute 1 Minute. Add Milk and Cheese, Stir Constantly Until Melted & Well Blended. Remove from Heat; Stir in Mayo & Sour Cream. Fold in Spinach. Return to Low Heat, Add Lemon Juice & Spices. Stir to Blend Well. Transfer to an Ovenproof Dish Sprayed With Nonstick Spray. Top With More Shredded Cheese If Desired. Bake at 325 For 15-20 Minutes or Until Bubbly.
