    I was just about to post this. I had it last year at our friends house. I really enjoyed it and asked for the recipe. I think I would prefer to bake the potatoes until tender to retain as much flavor as a possible. Either way, it's good stuff!

    Peel and Cube Sweet Potatoes. Boil Until Tender, Then Mash.

    Add Next 6 Ingredients and Mix With an Electric Mixer. Pour Into Greased 8x8 Baking Dish.

    Mix Topping Ingredients and Crumble on Top of Potato Mixture.

    Bake 30 Minutes.
