    Spiced Pear Jam,From my mom’s canning recipe collection. I am hopeful my pear trees will yield big time this year. Adapted from Southern Living.,This was great, I change it some up some. But this is something you really need to try.,I had never had pear jam before, but decided this year I needed to do something with my pear tree. This recipe was so easy to make and is absolutely delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

    Add All the Ingredients to a Dutch Oven.

    Bring Mixture to a Boil and Stir Constantly.

    Lower the Heat and Simmer, Stirring Frequently, For 2 Hours or Until Thickened.
