    I have made this dish 2 times, the 2nd time did not change my opinion. This is a bland chicken. Granted, the skin is tasty due to all the seasonings that is rubbed and brushed on it. However, the meat itself is tasteless. It's because it didn't even get proper marinating time.

This is a bland chicken. Granted, the skin is tasty due to all the seasonings that is rubbed and brushed on it. However, the meat itself is tasteless. It’s because it didn’t even get proper marinating time.,Wow! This is good stuff!! This chicken has a wonderful sweet, ginger flavor. It has a bite too from the ginger. Used canola instead of peanut oil. I served this with some sugar snap peas and stir fry vegetables and there was plenty of sauce to flavor those too. This chicken was hot, tender, and good!! Thanks for the recipe!!

    Rub Chicken Pieces With the Lemon.

    Sprinkle Chicken With 1/2 the Ginger and Salt.

    Combine the Oil, Honey and Remaining Ginger.

    Roast in Oven 350f For 1 1/2 to 2 Hours, Basting Occasionally With Honey Mixture.
