1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped parsley or 1/2 cup cilantro
1 ounce raisins
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup water
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
