    Lemon Cilantro Rice Pilaf,A nice side dish with plenty of flavor when you don’t want the same old plain rice.,I added more lemon and cilantro and followed MamiJ and added a teeny bit more salt. This is a great way to switch up your regular rice.,This rice was wonderful. It was perfectly cooked, tender and delicious.     Heat Oil in Nonstick Sauce Pan.

    Add Rice and Saute Until Rice Kernels Are Opaque.
