    This was fantastic. I live in India and am always looking for tasty dishes that remind me of home (Canada). We don't have a grill here so I added the marinade in to a pressure cooker and added a little water and cooked it for about 20 minutes. It was so moist and delicious. The only thing I changed is I added fresh minced garlic and fresh cut onions (instead of powder). Terrific! My Indian hubby loved it as well and it certainly made him take back his "western food is bland" words back.

    Marinade for Beef,use this marinade on any steaks that are grilled but I particularly like it on a London Broil.,This was fantastic.     Combine All Ingredients in a Non Aluminium Covered Dish and Mix Well.

    Pierce Meat to Be Marinated Several Times With a Fork.
