    haha, wow I loved this... Great idea on how to spice up some cucumbers (and lighten up nachos!) This might be weird but I salted the cucumbers just a touch before adding the other ingredients... I don't know, maybe just to make them taste more like chips? It was good though!

    Nacho Cucumbers!, I think this is a Hungry-Girl recipe but I’m not 100% Great tasting low cal alternative to regular nachos and cheese Be adventurous and try it-I bet you’ll love it!, haha, wow I loved this Great idea on how to spice up some cucumbers (and lighten up nachos!)     Peel and Slice Cucumber.

    Put 1 Teaspoon Salsa on Each Slice of Cucumber.

    Top With Shredded Cheese.

    Put Slices on Paper Towel and Microwave For Approximately 15 Secs or Until Cheese Begins to Melt Slightly.
