They serve this for breakfast!, This recipe worked Worked well I was skeptical but hopeful Simple and effective Not possibly as fluffy and soft, but time, temp, quantity and ingredients perfect Also simple Thank you Very happy, I placed crumbled bacon and a little bit of green onion on the bottom before the cheese I didn’t have mozzarella, so used cheddar or swiss cheese They turned out really good!

    In a Medium Bowl, Mix Eggs, Milk, Garlic Salt, and Pepper. Set Aside.

    Spray 3 Ramekins With Non-Stick Cooking Spray and Fill 1/2 Full With Cheese. Pour Egg Mixture Into Ramekins and Fill to Top. Place Ramekins on Cookie Sheet and Bake at 375 Degrees For 30 Minutes Until High and Fluffy. Serve Immediately. Enjoy!
