Papaya Sorbet From Barbados

Features:
    Cuisine:

This was incredible! used rice syrup instead of corn syrup and cut it down to only 2 tablespoons - the papaya was already very sweet. As the papaya was frozen rock hard because I couldn't make the sorbet the day I actually had intended to, I just blended it with yoghurt and ate it up immediately without refreezing. Thanks for posting, this is definitely a keeper!
