    I didn't realize that I had used all the green onions until I went to make this. My sides were close to being done, so no time to run to the store. So, in a pinch, I just minced some sweet onion. I also used panko crumbs. It still turned out fantastic! Served with Greek green beans and rosemary garlic bread.
