The spice makes a nice change that keep this from being to sticky sweet. I saw a few reviews that suggested using bottled juice but dont think you would get quite the same taste. Thanks for the post DH echoed an enjoyment of the spice in this drink.

Steps

1 Done	Peel, Core and Slice the Pineapple Into Pieces Then Put It Into a Large Bowl.
2 Done	Add the Spices and Sugar. Then Pour the Boiling Water Over the Ingredients.
3 Done	Cover the Bowl and Refrigerate Overnight.
4 Done	Strain the Drink Into a Pitcher. Serve Over Ice and Enjoy!
