1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup or (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups sliced potatoes
1/2 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
parsley (optional)

    Brown Sausage 6-8 Minutes in Lg Skillet Over Medium-High Heat, Stirring Break Up Meat.

    Combine Soup, Milk, Onion, Salt & Pepper in Medium Bowl.

    Place Half of Potatoes in Prepared Casserole.
