    Great recipe! I changed it a bit and used 2 cups of brown sugar instead of 3.5 cups of white sugar. Baked it in 913 grrased glass dish. It turned out perfectly since we didn't want it to be too sweet. Great texture. Thanks for sharing!

    Pumpkin Bread: No Nuts,eggs or Dairy,easy pumpkin bread -not good for muffins- too dense-not sure where my mom got this one-easy,Great recipe! I changed it a bit and used 2 cups of brown sugar instead of 3.5 cups of white sugar. Baked it in 913 grrased glass dish. It turned out perfectly since we didn’t want it to be too sweet. Great texture. Thanks for sharing!,I took previous reviewers suggestions and added apple sauce used one of those individual cups unsweetened all natural. I also added a little pinch extra baking powder. Instead of loaf pans I put in 9×13 pan came out perfect and moist love this recipe. Photo below

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

    Grease Well (3) 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" Bread Pans (use Crisco).

    Mix in Larger Bowl Oil and Pumpkin

    in Separate Bowl Combine All Dry Ingredients and Mix Well.

    Add Dry Ingredients Slowly to Wet Ingredients Until Well Mixed.

    Divide Batter Into 3 Loaves.

    Bake Approximately 60 Minutes Until Knife Comes Out Clean.
