1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 cup vegetable oil or 1/2 cup olive oil
1 dash garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper

    Zucchini Pie,Just when you thought you had enough zucchini recipes. This one comes from the Monks at Mepkin Abbey in So.Carolina. They grow their own chickens and sell the eggs to make a little extra. (The eggs are delicious!!),If you use the Gluten free Bisquick the trans fat is ZERO (as well as sat. fat!),Question please.. asap! For the bisquick, do I add the water that the bisquick box calls for or just use it in the recipe dry? Sorry, I’m just learning how to cook..lol. Thank you very much!

    Heat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

    Mix Zucchini, Onion,Bisquit Mix, Cheese, Basil, Oregano, Salt, Pepper and Garlic.
