Popular in England, Scandinavia, and all over the USA (especially California),I just want to say a big thank you too whoever put this on here. This was an Flippin phenomenal sandwich. I love veggie sandwiches and never put cream cheese on mine, this was a nice change. I added thin sliced onion and I would skip the olive oil next time. I served it on toasted rye. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
